REPEAT – REPEAT – REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!! That’s what most any business will tell you they want but very few actually follow through with much more that lip service. At Yellow cotton Bayside we think we have arrived at the best mix of quality and affordability in our custom built cypress cabins.

          After Katrina, it would have been much faster and cheaper to move in trailers and rent them at a cheap price. While we have nothing against trailers, we decided against that strategy and had our cabins custom build from the ground up.  We used quality Materials throughout with wood flooring, lacquer finished cypress tongue and groove walls as well as custom built cypress kitchens.

The 1 bedroom unit rents for $150 per night for 4 guests

The 2 bedroom unit rents for $195 per night –add $25 over four – they have 6 beds and a futon in the living room

          Yellow Cotton Bayside was developed with a central idea – and that was finding and keeping long term repeat guests. Once someone finds Yellow Cotton Bayside we feel most guests will be back when they visit the area on their next trip.
